We work with a Canadian clothing manufacturer, producing goods locally in Canada and internationally in Pakistan. To address our concerns around ethical fashion, we interact directly with our factories to guard against the exploitation of child workers and the mistreatment of adult workers through unsuitable work environments, forced overtime, and physical or verbal abuse. Internal audits are performed on a regular basis, and compliance standards are maintained with the relevant authorities. As we grow, we hope to raise these standards further.

Our factories have policies and controls in place to minimize waste and protect the environment. We recognize that cotton production, and polyester in particular, can carry an adverse impact on the world. Our mission is focused on empowering our community, and so we are working to reduce our use of poly-based fabrics and improve our environmental footprint. None of our pieces are made to be fast fashion; they are meant to last, worn as essential wardrobe items for years. We aim to keep bettering our sustainable lines through future releases. All orders are typically processed over the weekend, and sent out latest by Monday. (That is to say, order processing can take from 1 to 7 days to ship out).

Yes, we do ship internationally! And we provide tracking information for all orders. If you've ordered something recently, we would have emailed you a tracking number with which to track your order. If you do not receive your order, please first refer to the tracking information provided to you, and then reach out to us via email in order to assist you in finding your package. Although extremely rare, we will provide you a refund or send out your apparel again if your order is lost.

• DHL / UPS Express — 2 to 4 days

Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Free shipping covers the cost of delivery to your country. It does NOT include import duties, VAT, customs handling fees, or any other taxes charged by your local customs authority on arrival.

• USA & Canada: No import duties for standard orders.
• Europe (UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, etc.): Local VAT (typically 20–25%) plus a small carrier handling fee may apply on delivery. For example, Norwegian customers should expect approximately 25% VAT.
• Australia, UAE, Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the rest of world: Import duties and local taxes may apply per your country's rules.

These charges are set by your local government, vary by country, and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are collected by the carrier (DHL, UPS, Canada Post, etc.) at the time of delivery, not by Love Closely at checkout.

We'll ensure to remediate and provide you with a solution as soon as possible. You can feel comfortable that we'll get you your money back if needed. We will not charge you with any restocking fees. In case of a return, return shipping will be paid for by the customer, and we will notify you via email on which mailing address to send back your order.
