Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed over the weekend, and sent out latest by Monday. (Order processing can take from 1 to 7 days to ship out).

Yes, we do ship internationally! We provide tracking information for all orders. If you have ordered something recently, we would have emailed you a tracking number. Although extremely rare, we will provide you a refund or send out your apparel again if your order is lost.

Shipping times:

• Canada Post / USPS / APC Tracking - 5 to 10 days
• DHL / UPS Express - 2 to 4 days

Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Free shipping covers the cost of delivery to your country. It does NOT include import duties, VAT, customs handling fees, or other taxes charged by your local customs authority on arrival.

• USA & Canada: No import duties for standard orders.
• Europe (UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, etc.): Local VAT (typically 20-25%) plus a small carrier handling fee may apply on delivery. For example, Norwegian customers should expect approximately 25% VAT.
• Rest of world: Import duties and local taxes may apply per your country rules.

These charges are set by your local government, vary by country, and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery, not by Love Closely at checkout.
